About the Tour

As professional musicians and entertainers, we've benefited tremendously from our High School Music and arts programs, and now we would like to give something back. We're traveling the country, performing at high schools, with school Choirs, Bands and Dance teams. High schools receive 75% of all profits and Child Cause receives 25%.

A Concert Preview

Shaun Barrowes and his band will perform two 45 minute sets, with an intermission in between. These sets will include songs that will feature your choir, band or dance team. Here's how it works:

The Band

The complete band or members from the band could join us on stage for 1-3 of our songs. Songs like "Hop, Skip and a Jump", a fast-paced, big band song, could feature an entire school jazz band, or just a few select players. We have charts and recordings of all of these songs. We're also open to performing one cover song with your band, such as "Summertime" or "Hey Jude". In addition, the band could also perform one of their own songs during the concert.

The Choir

The full choir would join us for 1-3 songs. If the full choir only has time to put together one song, members from any of the choirs could individually join us for the other 2 songs. All of the songs in the Shaun Barrowes library will be available in choral arrangements, so the choir can choose which songs they would like to sing and we will provide them with the recording and sheet music. We also have charts and lyrics if the choir would like to try their own arrangement of the song. In addition, the choir could also sing one of their own songs during the concert.

The Dance Team

The school dance team or individual dancers and dance ensembles can join us for 1-3 songs. Solo dancers, small ensembles or the full dance team could join us on stage for any of the original songs in the Shaun Barrowes library. We would perform those songs to the pre-recorded track so the dancers could rehearse to the track beforehand (ie, Shaun Barrowes would sing along to his own minus track instead of a Live band). In addition, the dance team could also perform one of their own numbers for the concert.
